How do you illustrate the value that title insurance brings to home and business property transactions? When designing Old Republic Title's 2005 annual report, Larsen used a copy-driven approach that showed just how quickly little errors can confuse something as simple as a headline — or as complex as a property title. The report's flawed headline is edited error-by-error over the course of four introductory spreads, depicting how Old Republic Title finds and corrects errors on the titles they insure. A bright, energetic color palette demonstrates the firm's vitality, while the report's sign off — "We do good deeds" — simply and effectively restates the value proposition.
