Use it or lose it

It may be easy to take title insurance for granted, but imagine losing a home or business. Without the right title insurance coverage, it's a very real possibility. That was the story Old Republic Title wanted to tell in their annual report, and they relied on Larsen —for the eighth consecutive year. To design and write the report, Larsen created targeted messaging and visuals for identified audiences: real estate professionals, mortgage officers, commercial developers. Clever interior copy and a unique combination of original photography and illustration supported the cover line: "Because you have a lot to lose." A bright color palette helped reinforce the positive benefits of choosing Old Republic, one of the nation's oldest and most trusted title insurers.
