Start-up cell phone service provider kajeet offers fun, feature-rich phones and service designed for "tweeners" age nine to 14 and, more importantly, their control-minded parents. Endorsed by Nickelodeon and slated to go on sale in Best Buy and other national retail outlets, all that kajeet lacked was a way for their phones to cut through the static of the consumer electronics marketplace. Larsen's colorful packaging was designed to send a clear signal to cell phone shoppers of all ages. We combined dynamic visuals and clever messaging to appeal to kids and still promote the benefits important to those paying for the phone.
