Larsen Design + Interactive Honored With Multiple Awards

Larsen Design + Interactive announced winning multiple awards for its design and interactive media work.

Larsen's design of the Wausau Papers "Write to the Heart on Wausau Royal Bond" promotion was featured at the Minnesota Chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts annual design show on November 14, 2001.

Larsen's self-promotional 25th Birthday Party Invitation will be featured in PRINT magazine's A-Z competition, to be published in Spring 2002. Only 170 of nearly 6,500 entries were selected for inclusion in this book.

The Minnesota chapter of the International Association of Business Communications (IABC) presented Larsen with two awards of merit for print and Web site design at its recent Bronze Quill competition: Media Loft in the electronic communications/Internet sites category and the Remedy 2000 Print and Online Annual Report in the investor relations/annual reports category.

Larsen's "Ideas In Motion" CD-ROM was selected to be published in Step-By-Step Graphics 100, a design annual showcasing projects from initial concept to final implementation. A total of 100 entries were selected from over 2,000 submissions for the 2002 annual.

Work from Larsen's San Jose, Calif., office was recognized by The Western Art Director's Club. From over 1,000 entries, 200 were selected for their 2001 "West Coast Show." Five Larsen projects were included in this exhibit: Remedy 2000 Print and Online Annual Report, Asyst Semicon West Flipbook Invitation, Novellus Systems Semicon West Invitation, and Larsen's self-promotional "Engaging" advertisement.
