Design Director (CA)

The design director we seek is a spirited team leader who will create a broad spectrum of materials such as collateral, packaging, advertising, and identities. This professionally mature individual has the ability to plan, design, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects, ensuring that goals and objectives of the client are accomplished according to time limitations, expectations of client service, and budget.

Additional Requirements

Must be able to move effortlessly through all phases of a project via superior conceptual as well as aesthetic talent, confident client interface, and technical production and project management skills. It's essential that this individual possesses an entrepreneurial and ambitious drive and be willing to help with all facets of running the office.

Qualifications

• A BA or BFA degree in Graphic Design.
• Minimum 7-10 years of design experience.
• Proficient working in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Expertise in interactive media a significant plus.
• Awards or recognition for work in design shows or publications.
• Business language bilingual abilities welcome.
