ADMINISTRATIVE / MARKETING ASSISTANT (MN)

Looking for an entry-level position that will utilize your communication skills and acquaint you with the design industry? Larsen—a design, branding, and interactive firm—is seeking a full-time Administrative / Marketing Assistant. This position provides general administrative and receptionist duties plus marketing support for our 50-person staff. The ideal candidate is a responsible individual who will greet visitors, answer phones, and manage daily office needs as well as assist marketing, creative, and account teams with proposals and special projects.

Characteristics and Qualifications

  • Great communication skills, with a professional, courteous manner.
  • Self-motivator with an energetic attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional writing ability.
  • Macintosh word processing preferred (Microsoft Word, Excel; InDesign, Keynote a plus).
  • Four-year degree or equivalent, with emphasis in a marketing or communications field.

This is an outstanding opportunity to utilize administrative skills and marketing knowledge in a creative and fun environment. The role is split 50/50 between administrative and marketing duties. Larsen offers competitive wages and excellent benefits with this non-exempt (hourly) position.
